Pour ce qui est des medias occidentaux ou afghans:

Statement
of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan regarding monopolization of
activities of Mass Media Outlets by the Puppet Administration.

According
to international media reports, the Kabul Puppet Administration have
warned media outlets not to publish or transmit live reports of events
without obtainment of prior permission. In case of violation, they have
threatened to arrest relevant reporters, seize their equipment and
impose ban on activities of the concerned media outlet in a given area.
International media outlets, civil societies and human rights
organizations have condemned the irrational warning of the Kabul puppet
administration. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers this
measure of the surrogate administration as a flagrant violation of the
recognized principle of freedom of speech and wants to announce as
follows:
1. The ban on independent mass media outlets by the Puppet
Administration is, in fact, an effort by the surrogates to put a clout
on their failure and shameful fiascos, which they face during
confrontations with the Mujahideen in every part of the country.
<!--[endif]-->
2. The monopolization of activities of independent mass media outlets
by the Kabul Puppet Administration is a clear-cut violation of norms
and regulation of neutrality, independence and liberty of speech and
has no justification in the light of national and international laws.
<!--[endif]-->
3. The said unjustified step of the Kabul Puppet Administration,
defacto, originates from the anti-human attitude of their masters i.e.
the Americans, who are bent on imposing their dictatorship and the
so-called abhorrent liberty on independent nations. <!--[endif]-->
4. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan while inviting all activists of
mass media to accurately publish ground realities, highly appreciates
the courageous efforts of the fact-finding and investigative
journalists, reporters and photographers who continue their duty to
reflect the ground realities of the Afghans issue despite threats and
obstacles that they are facing in their way. <!--[endif]-->
5. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, pertinent to its previous
request, urges all employees of independent and neutral media outlets
to initially observe the losses inflicted on the invaders by the
Mujahideen and the destruction caused to public properties by the
invaders and then transmit or publish their reports for the judgment of
the public of the world. This as a part of their obligation to fulfill
their journalistic mission and convey the true picture of events to the
people of the world without any inclination to support the aggression
of the invaders. <!--[endif]-->

Z. Mujahid Remarks about Fatuous Media Reports

Jamadi-us-Sani 10, 1431 A.H, Tuesday, May 25, 2010
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

Some media outlets have published
reports of murder of 12 students in Ghazni province in order to pander
to the wants and demands of the rulers of the stooge regime. Spokesman
of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan elucidated the matter for readers
as follows:

Firstly, no one has been killed in Ghazni on charge of a student of
a school. It is a baseless allegation. However, Mujahideen had detained
four spies with espionage equipments including GPS and intelligence
documents. A special court interrogated the detainees for 20 days.

They admitted without any coercion that they were spies. So the Islamic
court passed an Islamic ruling, sentencing them to death. Similarly,
two hireling soldiers were sentenced to death for their having
committed murder and other crimes in the area. One of the spies was a
man who had graduated from school last year but he then was
clandestinely employed as spy by the surrogate regime.

Had the Mujahideen intended to kill students of schools, they would
have not allowed any school in areas under their administration but all
are witness to the fact that all schools are operating normally in
areas under control of the Islamic Emirate. Furthermore, hundreds of
university students, teachers, and writers are waging their literary
and military Jihad shoulder to shoulder with other students of
religious seminaries in the ranks of the Islamic Emirate of
Afghanistan.

Secondly, we urge all media outlets to observe their journalistic code
of neutrality while filing reports and should not intentionally tarnish
their good name. People know the ground realities and the Islamic
Emirate of Afghanistan maintains good relations with people. So some
media outlets who actually work for the vested interests of the puppet
rulers and their masters will not be able to affect any rift between
the Islamic Emirate and the people of Afghanistan.

Et un dernier pour la route, pour denoncer la mascarade que sont les rapports de la plus dangereuse organisation terroriste: l'ONU

Response of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to UN Report on Civilian Casualties

Response of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan
to UN Report on Civilian Casualties

Muharram 29, 1431 A.H, January 15, 2010
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The United Nations Assistance Mission for Afghanistan (UNAMA) has
published a report about civilian casualties in Afghanistan in which
they have made some finger-pointing remarks. The report is a follow-up
to the assertions made by UN Secretary General recently.

They claim that among the 2,412 civilians killed last year, the Armed
Opposition of the government have killed many of them and a minuscule
number of them have lost their lives due to American bombardment and
firing.

A few days ago, UN Secretary General made self-same claims about
civilian casualties. However, the UN has not disclosed the source upon
which they had prepared the report. Have they gone to any rural area or
war-stricken zone for the collection of the data? Certainly, they have
not. The rural areas are under the control of the Islamic Emirate of
Afghanistan, and according to the World Security and Development
Council map, these areas constitute 80% of the territory of
Afghanistan. Therefore, it is clear that they have patched up the
report in the Guest House of UNAMA in Kabul, stuffing the desired data
into it which are palatable on political grounds. Then, they have
placed the blame on the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

It is worth mentioning that this report has overlooked many events,
which occurred last year. The number of civilians killed by the
invaders in Kunar, Nooristan, Laghman, Kunduz, Logar, Paktika, Helmand,
Farah and Uruzgan provinces certainly exceed the number of those
entered in the report. In addition to this, every day, our countrymen
are killed in rural areas, on highways and in their houses by the
invading soldiers, blind bombardments and the Predators.

Residents of Nawzad district say that amore than one hundred and fifty
common people have been killed by missiles fired from Shorab Military
Base. Similarly, the civilians killed in Marja, Zamindavar, Garamsir,
Gerishk, Nad Ali and Nava at the hand of the invaders during
operations, bombardment and missiles strikes surpass the number shown
in UNAMA report.

We would like to remind UN Secretary General and other officials of the
United Nations, have you visited Zamindavar area of Kajaki district
where the invading foreign troops set fire to 2,000 shops of common
people, burning to ashes the whole bazaar? Have you met the patients
who were injured by phosphorus bombs in an aerial strike in Kunduze
province last September? Even the provincial authorities of the Puppet
Kabul regime in Kunduz prevented relatives of the dying victims from
taking the injured persons to Kabul for medical treatment because they
feared the world will know about the phosphors bombs.

Last year, we saw that the Western media were frequently publishing
partial and farce reports about civilian casualties perpetrated by the
invading Americans. Fore example, the Western media, quoting American
spokesmen, reported that 35 militants from the armed opposition were
killed by American troops in Dai Chupan last year. Later, it was proved
that all were civilians killed as a result of American bombardment. Up
to this very day, no reporter or an official of the United Nations
visited the area to find out about the incident.

We would like to tell Banki Mooon and other UN officials that you will
never achieve the goal through such farce and politically-motivated
reports. The people do not believe you. The so-called unjustified war
on terror has lost its luster. People now know that it is a war of
colonialism aimed at expanding American dominance over the world. It
began in Afghanistan but the US will gradually spread it to other
countries. To counter this, the devout Afghan Muslims, the
freedom-loving and patriotic forces have taken up arms to achieve their
aspirations and natural rights.

The Mujahideen have sprouted from among the people. They live among
them and share their joy and pains. No more you would be able to
confuse the mind of the public of the world, nor you will ever be able
to boost the sagging morale of the Americans and NATO soldiers, nor it
suits you to resort to such fictitious tactics. Only you will
contribute to discrediting yourself by condescending to such actions.
